Unable to Process Payment Above ₹15,000 Need Immediate Assistance

In the past, we’ve reached out to Shopify for assistance as we are unable to pay a bill exceeding ₹15,000. We tried several cards from South Indian Bank, ICICI, and Axis Bank, but the payments failed. When we contacted the banks, they confirmed that the issue was on Shopify's side. However, Shopify stated that "The payment request failed as the pre-debit notification was not approved," even though it had been approved by the bank.

 

We have requested that Shopify provide a direct payment link so we can clear the bill as soon as possible. Our theme provider has already sent an email warning that the theme will be frozen due to the unpaid bill, and the deadline has passed. We are concerned about not being able to pay, and though Shopify mentioned they were working on it, we have not received any updates so far.
