Kudos to these top members of October. I wish you all the best and hope you shine more.
I have been locked out of my store for ages. There is not email or number for me to contact. The AI chatbot spins me in circles saying it will put me with the advisor then sends me the login link. I do not have my recovery code or my old laptop. I have reset my password but it still doesnt work. I am on the verge of calling my credit card company and doing chargebacks on all of the previous months. I am so fustrated with these AI responses and Shopifys new method for helping people out. This is ridiculous HOW DO I GET INTO MY STORE.
@Garydosanjh Have you reached out to customer service links? Or try to Google search " How do I speak with a Shopify representative", or "Shopify Customer service information". Im sure a ton of link pop up for you. And then get in touch with a human being rsther thsn the spinning AI thingy, and hopefully you receive the help that you need. Every time I need assistance online but rather speak with a Live Agent, I just Google the business name and customer service information. It hasn't let me down so far, lol. Good luck getting back into your store, happy holidays!!
