• Instead of competing with big retailers on popular, mass-market items, you should focus on specialized niches where demand is present. Still, competition is less intense, such as handcrafted items, unique tools, or specialized hobby products,....
• Direct relationships with manufacturers or wholesalers that are willing to dropship, such as Zopi source, you can get much lower prices (closer to cost) and have more control over inventory and branding.
• Focusing on "less competitive products" - Products that are unique, novel, or require specialized knowledge or expertise help you differentiate from competition and can justify higher prices due to less availability.
• Packaging two or more complementary products together as a set will help you to increase the perceived value and allow you to sell the bundles at a higher price point than individual items.
• And the last thing, don't put all your eggs in one basket. Test several product ideas before committing heavily to one to minimize your risk and allow you to discover the most profitable items.

1. Search Google or Visit Website: You can go to their website, and many of them often list the vendors that they work with, generally somewhere in the footer or right underneath it. Additionally, check out the titles of some of the items they are selling – many of them may feature the name of the distributor or supplier as that given supplier created the item in the first place.

2. Order a Sample from Suppliers: you can simply order their items, and look at the tags of those items, and often time, it will say who either distributes or manufactures any given item.

3. Contact Suppliers directly: Negotiate a clear return and exchange policy to handle defective products efficiently.

4. Build Your Online Store: Select a platform like Shopify, or WooCommerce, or BigCommerce to design your store. Remember, keep a clean layout, compelling product pages, and a secure checkout process.
5. Market Your Store and Product: the most common way people usually use is Paid ads, such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads. In case you don't have much budget, think about building organic traffic through SEO, social media content, and email marketing. Another way is hiring an influencer to promote your products.
6. Optimize Fulfillment Process: Place orders ASAP with suppliers. After that, you need to track shipments carefully and ensure timely delivery to customers.

I actually wanted to change drop shippers and I have been concerned with a few things. Do you all use many U.S. suppliers? I ask because of the tariffs that will be charged for Chinese suppliers under the new administration. Also, do you provide a service for autofulliment on orders? Do you have any problems with completing the autofullfiment with any supplier? For example: My current drop shipper can never fulfill purchases from Walmart completely. For autofulliment you mentioned, what does this mean? Is it auto create -> paid -> mark fulfill order? Or is it auto mark fulfilled order?

It means you can manually fulfilled all purchases that come through and not pay an additional fee, or you can pay the dropshipping service to fulfill all orders which takes it off your hands. They normally will provide the tracking number and estimated time of arrival. Of course, if there is an address issue or credit card issue I would handle that part.

For now, I think Shopify Market Connect is a great function to support you in linking the products across all channels. As for the order, if you connect your sales channels (let's say Amazon) with Shopify, Zopi can also sync that order back to our system and fulfill it for you.
