18 days pending payment

It's been 18 days since my first order and I haven't recieved payment to my account yet. When I look at payouts it says pending. I have set up payout account but still nothing. I need help

"In countries other than Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and the United States, there's a minimum payout amount for Shopify Payments"

So if you're in a country other than the 4 listed above, you probably haven't met your minimum payout amount yet (if you've only had 1 order). 

If the order was for a large amount, or if you're from one of the above 4 countries, then you'd want to reach out to Shopify's support team for further help troubleshooting.
