Hello,
We have an issue with our 3rd party sales channel (NuOrder). For some reason the orders coming from there do not deduct inventory at all. The problem has to be on Shopify's side since NuOrder has done the same integration several times and for everyone else it has worked just fine. Is there someone who would know where the issue lies in?
The orders come in to Shopify just like every other channel's.
