429 Too Many Requests on customer creation

Hi all,

we are seeing some rate-limiting errors for a merchant of ours for a specific GraphQL mutation

We already requested a rate-limit increase during a flash-sale this week, but somehow customers are still running into Unknown errors. We can see that the API is sending back the following message to us: "429 Too Many Request"

Is this expected? Is there a specific rate limit regarding customer creation?

Please reach out to support from your Partner dashboard. In the mean time (and if you're running the code server-side) be sure to use SFAPI with a private access token.
