Quick backstory- we are working with a partner (who fulfills our merch) we created an integration with them and everything is flowing properly, however we had to add a variation app (due to Shopify 100 variant limit).
Our partners API is built to pull info from the attribute "player_name" and that is how we built it, however some orders are coming in without that attribute and its being changes to "Player Name- TEAM" for all 8 of our teams.
We reached out to the app support Product Options & Customizer and said since everything looks good on their end we need to reach out to API support to debug. We are on day 3 of no response.
Can anyone assist with any feedback?
