Attatching an API with button

Hey everyone, I am learning shopify so I've this E-commerce website  http://High-street.pk

I want to add (on top, in menu row) a button or any clickable image/icon (I'm not sure which is correct process) and want to call an API via that button/icon named TRACK YOUR ORDER (i already have an API file saved in my phone which was sent by my friend)
