DraftOrderCreate shippingLine ignored when using shippingRateHandle from DraftOrderCalculate

This was working untill it suddenly stopped today.

I first get list of availableShippingRates from draftOrderCalculate.

I then use  the handle, amount, title in draftOrder.shippingLine

This used to work but suddenly stopped and shippingLine is now null

Can confirm that the issue is happening much less frequently so thank you so much for your help pushing it through!

That said, we are still seeing the issue intermittently for a few shipping lines. I will share the x-request-id from the draft order calls which show the issue; could you please help re-open the ticket and provide these to the engineering team?

It's the same issue: we pass a shipping line with a handle, and the api just returns `shipping_line: null`
