Duplicate Line Items in API

Hi Team,

 

Line Items came repeated in order API, 

 

Line Item Id, SKU everything is same,

This cause serious issue in our system, 

 

Anyone please check and confirm is any issue in API ?

Hey @Ram_Kumar,

 

Thanks for bringing this up. Our devs were recently made aware of this issue, and are currently taking steps to resolve it. We're hoping to have this fixed soon, once I have an update I'll post it here.

Hi @_JB,

 

Do you have a timeframe for a resolution? My fulfilment company isn't processing any orders automatically until the line item duplication is fixed. Very frustrating - if I don't manually edit orders immediately then the warehouse can't dispatch the items on time and I miss my advertised delivery times to customers.

Thanks for your reply, May i know how long it will take to resolve the issue, 

 

This is huge pressure to us, We are checking 5000 orders per day manually for duplicate,

 

Please fix this ASAP.

Hey @Ram_Kumar and @David_McLean, just wanted to let you know our developers have resolved the issue regarding duplicate line_item arrays in the order XML, and you will now see only 1 array as expected.
