I've been trying to get in touch with somebody and I've never had a harder time I ordered something and never received it another website no longer exists and all I want is a refund and I try to talk and try to get help and I do not get any kind of help when I try to put in a claim that asked for the website and everything and when I do this is invalid I want my money back
