I have had a free shipping offer for some time but now I have deleted it from the General Shipping Rates in Settings and from the Discounts. However, there are still Free Shipping notifications visible on every product page. How to remove this? The theme in use is e-com.express.

Found the solution. Used Shopify Theme File Search extension for Chrome to find the file where this "Free Shipping" text existed. Edited it to "Shipping".
You reverse what ever process was used to add that content to the theme, either manage your theme, or reconfigure any offending apps.

Shipping rates do not connect or modify the online-sales channel theme automatically unless you have specifically taken steps to make that happen through apps.
If you have staff that editing the theme this indicates team communication needs to drastically improve.

Thanks for your reply. As mentioned before, I have E-Com Express 1.0 theme in use. Previously, I haven't been able to reach the developer of it.
However, this is what I did to add Free Shipping:
Discounts
- Create Free Shipping
Settings
-Shipping and delivery
-General shipping rates
- Edit Shipping zones
- Added Free Shipping rates to Domestic and International shipping zones
How I created "You've won Free Shipping!" notification for a cart page:
Theme settings:
- Cart goal
- Enable cart goal ticked
- Add goal thresholds (the value of minimum purchase)
USD:5, GBP:5 etc
So I have been able to remove "You've won Free Shipping!" notification from a cart page. However, "Free shipping to...." notification is still visible on the first product page as you can see from a screenshot below.
I still have not figured out how to remove the "Free shipping to....." text from a product page. Could you help, please.

I have to particularize on this issue a bit. As far as I remember, there always appears this shipping notification. Because I have removed the free shipping offer, this notification should be now "Shipping to......". I presume a script performs/brings this notification onto every product page (the free shipping offer covered all the products). Now I would like to know what should I change and where to restore "Shipping to....." notification? You can find a sample product page by clicking this link here.
