How do I get the abandonded checkout ID?
Hi,
I am able to receive the "id" and "gid" from Shopify based on the guide: https://shopify.dev/apps/payments/processing-a-payment#initiate-the-payment-flow
Using the above "id" and/or "gid", how do I get the abandoned checkout IDs below? any API for it? we need it so we may relate and store on our database the "id", "gid", abandoned checkout id
Because it will be difficult to pinpoint the specific transaction record on the gateway if merchant is seing abandoned checkout id on shopify side and id/gid on the payment gateway side because as a gateway we only receive id/gid for the payment request.
Please advise ASAP. Thanks in advance.
