How to create unsubscribe link programatically via the API?

I wrote a software to send the marketing emails to our customers. The last thing that's left is the unsubscribe button. How can I generate an unsubscribe link via the API or based on the recipient's e-mail address? Or at least link it somewhere where the customers could manually unsubscribe?
