I am a consumer. Where's my help!

Can someone please tell me how, as a consumer, I can see what I have paid via Shopify. I cannot find it on any of my bank/card accounts. I also cannot find any support anywhere, having searched extensively. Hence posting on here.

This is extremely frustrating and I have to say it puts me off using any store that uses it.

So just to make sure, you are a consumer, buying products from Shopify stores, correct? If yes, in order to see your Shopify billing history, you will need to directly reach out to your bank provider and request for a bank statement. Once done, any invoice that has "Shopify" name on it are the transactions you made via Shopify.
