Many people are reaching checkout but not converting

Over the past 2 days I’ve had 100 people add to cart each day, with 80-90 reaching checkout, but only around 8-9 finishing checkout and converting? I’ve got free shipping on every product, and it’s a single page checkout. My store is roomrefineshop.com

I've setup abandoned checkout messages and other automations, every item has free shipping worldwide, don't understand, if someone has reached checkout whats changing their mind?
