Mark as Paid through Custom App

Hello!

I'm using Custom app for order management and fulfilling orders from from custom App.  but now i am trying to implement Mark as Paid option for COD orders to ease my work.

is it possible to implement "mark as paid" through custom app ? 

if its could you help me ?

You can create a transaction using API to add a transaction in order to mark it as paid.
