Discussing APIs and development related to customers, discounts, and order management.
Don’t know if this will make much sense or if there’s a reason for it, but under the customers tab, you click customers, then it shows you your most recent.
I know this is normally the people who have either recently signed up, unsubscribed etc.
Yesterday I noticed I had a few customers at the top of this list that haven’t purchased or been active on my store for over a year. I have it as - Sorted by: last updated.
Can anyone shed some light as to why these people are appearing at the top?
There’s nothing to say they have subscribed to mailing list, or unsubscribed, or changed any marketing options at all. Also, my store is currently password protected as I’m changing it up.
Just curious more than anything
This is happening to my store as well. It started doing this on Friday It could be an update from Shopify?
