Payment app - can't complete payment

We are developing a payment app and were able to install it on our test store. But when we try to complete the payment we get the following error message and can't really understand why.

Does anyone have an idea why? Thanks

Do you have an x-request-id associated with the interaction? I could look up the logs associated with this error to see if there's any info on why that error is being returned
