Hi Team, I wanted to understand if it’s currently possible to combine Custom Discounts with Shipping Discounts. If not, are there any plans from Shopify to support it going forward?
Custom discounts are not supported in checkout, so we are leveraging draft orders. But in draft orders, automated shipping discounts are not getting applied. Hence I can support only one of them, not both. Any way by which I can achieve both custom discounts and shipping discounts together?
Attaching reference image links of how the automated free shipping discount is getting applied when I go through the normal checkout flow. But when I go through the draft order flow, automated free shipping is not getting applied.
