Shopify High Risk Alert

Hey everyone.  I run a dropshipping store for Marine Products.  I the past 2 weeks, I've gotten 4 High Risk Orders. It says because the shipping address is about 800 miles away.

The orders are originating in Dominican Republic, and being shipped to Miami and one to Doral fl. The weird thing is, 3 of these items are BOSS blue Tooth Tube speakers, and a BOSS stereo. All seperate orders though.

How can I be sure these are legit orders, or If it's fraudulent?

On the face of it, it looks fraudulent.  But it may not be. Any advice would be appreciated.  Thanks

Hi @Amarineelectric !

Based on experience, you will need to reach out to customers that has this high-risk status. Ask for any screenshot of their proof of purchase and verify their shipping address. Once confirmed, you can then fulfill the order.

You can just cancel these, refund and notify the customer and if they are not fraudulent the customer will probably reach back out. Doral and Miami are hotbeds for freight forwarders which is why they likely were flagged. Check out the addresses and if they don't seem like a real person just cancel and refund, not worth the chargeback.
