We have 12k+ on our email list. What is the most effective way to grow our list?

Growing your list depends on why people should join it.

1. What do they get?
If it’s just product promos and discounts - fine. But be blunt about it. “10% off your first order” works. So do exit-intent popups, timed popups, and email-only sale previews. Just make the value crystal clear.

2. If it’s a real newsletter - treat it like a product.
If you send valuable content (style tips, ideas, inspiration), market the newsletter. Run paid ads to a signup landing page. Post about it regularly on social media, use something like meco.app

3. Don’t ask for too much upfront.
Name + email = fine. Asking for full address and birth date? You’re killing conversions.

4. Use post-purchase flows to grab non-subscribers.
Plenty of people buy but never subscribe. Add an opt-in offer post-checkout. "Want 10% off your next order? Join the list."

5. Incentivize sharing.
Referral popups: “Invite a friend, both get 15% off.”

But again - without a strong reason to join, all the tactics are noise. Define your email’s value, then promote the hell out of it.
