Olá , boa noite , acabei de ter um problema , estava em uma edição de produto na aba "produtos", quando finalizei e ao salvar noitei que todos os produtos de duas coleções haviam sido apagados (conforme imagens anexo)

Como tenho campanha rodando já de alguns produtos  fiquei bastante preocupado. busquei através da minha rede social o link de acesso que havia colocado no feed e quando cliquei abriu o produto normalmente , retornei as coleções e produtos pra poder refazer as tags imaginando ser isso , mas nada , simplesmente sumiram mesmo editando as tags e gerenciando a inclusão do produtos nas coleções , parece ser um Bug

As you explained, I understand that products disappeared from two collections, but it seems that they are still available in the virtual store, because  as you informed me when I clicked on the product link, I understood that the product page opened normally, correct? 

 

So, just to confirm, the products disappeared only from the two collections, correct? To know for sure what happened, I will need some more information to be able to help you with the correct guidelines.

 

  • What are the names of the two collections?
  • Are they automated collections? If yes, what are the conditions you set up to pull the products? To know this, visit the collection page to check the conditions. 
  • Products and collections are still available in your store admin, right? Have you checked if all products and collections are available in the virtual store?

    To check this, you can open the bulk editor and check if the products and collections are available in the online store, as shown in the example below. To configure product availability, see instructions here.  And to edit the availability of collections, see that guide here.

It looks like you tried to send an attachment, but we didn't receive it. In addition to the requested context, it would be great if you could share images or video to show the issue you are encountering. And if you want to share examples such as: name of a product, name of collections and the URL of your store. So, with that information and the other details requested, I'll be able to access your store and take a closer look at this to better understand the behavior.
