Sospensione account Google Merchant shop

Buon giorno, google mi ha sospeso l'account perchè secondo loro manca la Policy Refound..... nel mio sito Shopify c'è , non capisco se devo inserirla anche nell'account google e dove? 

Ecco il messaggio ricevuto:
