Automation "Send Request HTTP" language to reponse

Hello community.

I have a doubt, I am using shopify automations to send mails and I would like to use the "Send HTTP Request" function and I want to send some data to an api.

I was checking the documentation but it doesn't say anything about what language the data can be sent, how to send the data and what structure the data has (json, array or GraphQL).

Is there any section in shopify where I can get more information or examples of how to do it.
