j’aurais besoin d’aide ou d’informations à propos de plusieurs email envoyé sur ma boîte mail relié à Shopify et me demandant plusieurs choses. 
je cite :

If we do not receive a response of the bug error being fix successfully, we will proceed with appropriate action without further notice.

pour résumé on me signal un problème sur ma boutique en ligne et on me demande d’apporter des informations tel que mon nom de société , URL boutique , pays d’exploitation et une preuve d’achat du thème ou de transfert de licence . 
hors je ne comprends j’utilise un thème gratuit et je leurs ai déjà transmis les informations mais ils persistent en m’envoyant une nouvelle adresse email à contacté.

jaimerais savoir si il s’agit d’une arnaque ou bien réellement du Sav Shopify et pourquoi me demande t-on une preuve d’achat de licence du thème ou de transfert sachant que mon thème est gratuit .

Il s'agit d'un spam pour prendre le contrôle de ta boutique.

Les adresses mail de Shopify se terminent toujours par ....@shopify.com
