Hello everyone,

I am reaching out for your help regarding a payment issue. I was expecting a transfer of €20.24 to my account, scheduled for May 31, 2024. However, I still haven't received it. To make matters worse, the transfer reference is listed as "unavailable" in my Shopify dashboard.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? Does anyone know why the transfer reference might be unavailable or when I might expect to receive this payment?
