Remove vendor information from source code

Hello,

We have a problem with the "Supplier/Brand" information that is used in Shopify and is included in the source code on the website.

We have removed "Show vendor" in the theme so that the information does not appear visually on the site but it continues to be displayed in the source code of the page which is very annoying because we do not want our competitors to know where we buy our products! Is it possible not to publish this meta?
