Good morning,
For a week now, all my payments have been automatically failed after having the status "Paid". The first time I thought it was a problem with my bank (which confirms that they have not refused ANY incoming transfers) so I changed bank accounts. The result was the same and my payment also failed for no reason.
I contacted support and they kept me going around in circles, telling me that the next payment was marked as "paid" and that it would be credited to my account, but I knew that it wasn't.
We're talking about more than 12,000 euros that are up in the air, and I received no response or solution, apart from snippets of automated responses from a customer service team that seemed to have discovered what Shopify was.
Have you ever had this problem? I don't know what to do except file a complaint with the Chamber of Commerce.
