we wanted to pay for the plan, but there is an error (Store is currently unavailable.), please tell me how you can decide this problem !

I am sorry to hear about the difficulty with logging into your online store! In order for us to look into the specifics, we will need to verify you as the store owner. Since we cannot authenticate you for the account using the Community forums due to the sensitive information that needs to be shared. It would be best and more secure to reach out to our support by logging into your store using our Contact Us page.

 

If you are unable to successfully login, you can select the option to Continue without logging in. Once you login or select continue without logging in, you will be directed to the Help Center. Type in what you would like assistance with in the search bar to locate the option to Get Support under the search results. This will allow you to speak to a Support Advisor directly.
