About legal issue when I take products from Aliexpress

We are staying in Canada BC and currently planning a business that takes products from Aliexrpress through Dsers and sells them to Canada and the United States

We are thinking of pet supplies or animation figures and plastic model (from bandai and academy) for the products  to sell

But the thing I'm worried about is if I bring these items through dsers and sell them on my website, is there any violation of copyright or other laws?

Especially I'm worried about copyright issues

If there is a copyright problem, would it be better not to choose these items or is there any other solution?

I'd like to clarify the legal issues before I start my business

Aliexpress to Shopify through DSERS will not bring any copyright issues.
