Add Cash on Delivery with Dsers

Currently, my store don't have any payment methods implemented. So,  Is it possible to add Cash on Delivery to work with Dsers.

As I have to pay ali express suppliers to initiate the order.

The primary concern is how the payment collected at the time of delivery will be transferred to me, given that the delivery process is managed by AliExpress suppliers.
