Adding 24% (VAT) On all product prices so that it is visible on product pages

Hello

Currently we are importing our products from our suppliers API (Stock & Price are updated everyday)

Although the prices we fetch from supplier everyday are with 0% VAT and we want to display our prices with PLUS  24% VAT.We want this to be visible on all products prior to checkout for multiple reasons(for ex.Klarna calculates price prior to checkout) .Bulk import/export is not an option since the prices gets updated via API everyday.Is there a workaround to this ?
