Auto-Renew OFF/ON ?

Hello,

I previously had a Shopify store under the name Cosmic Gazer Homeware . The store has been closed for some time, and I no longer have access to the account.

I would like to confirm if the domain associated with this store is set to auto-renew. If so, could you please assist in disabling the auto-renewal and ensuring that the domain does not renew? Additionally, I would appreciate it if the store could be fully closed, as I no longer require it.

Hey there @Proam5658 to check and disable the auto-renew, first go to Shopify admin. Then go to domains in settings and click on the one you used for the store. After that, you should go to the auto renew section to see if it’s selected to renew the domain every year. If it is, then just de-select it. I believe this should sort it out!

That’s the problem, the email is deleted, the Shopify plan has been disabled and I don’t have access to anything. I just checked how much I need to pay when I realized that I made a mistake by deleting the account. That’s why I need help from Staff or Admins to stop the auto-renew and permanently disable the store
