Can I delegate product creation for my PoD shop?

Hello everyone - I run a PoD shop, which is getting better and better. My main job is as a web data analyst and I have several years of SEO experience under my belt.
Now I have a lot of product designs that I want to create and upload to the shop via Printful. However, this always takes a relatively long time as I always have different variants.
I would like to use this time for other things. That's why I came up with the idea of delegating this task.
Does anyone know of a site that offers this service?
