Hi there, @Arctico

Welcome to the Community! Definitely a great place to gather some input regarding anything about the platform!

Are you able to tell us more about your business model? The more information we get, the better understanding we have of your situation. However, based on what you described in the intial thread, which is a typical dropshipping model, products you source from said apps/suppliers are legally allowed to be sold.

For information about dropshiping, give these resources a look over as they provide all the essential information when it comes to this business model:

Definitely looking forward to hearing from you.

Currently it is to sell a couple different types of things to see what sticks. like for example, i have a gaming section, and a clothing section, and add more on to that to see what does well

Thanks for providing more information about your business.

I definitely can see why you are approaching things in such a way; casting a wide net so to speak, see what catches attention. How is this approach going so far? Are you seeing reliable data on your end as to what is performing better than others?

Looking forward to seeing how your dropshipping store is going.

Any dropshipping app should allow you to resale their products, just make sure that you have a trusted supplier. Also, make sure that the platform that you are selling it on allows dropshipping.

I hope this helps.

In the U.S. I think they have a legislation called the Doctrine of First Sale. If you buy something-- also if it is protected by copyright, patent or hallmark-- you market that item. You can not make duplicates of a DVD or whatever, but you can offer the original DVD you purchased, still utilizing the trademarked name to define the product.

Serious, this is essentially what Craigslist exists for.

And yes, you can customize the product, applying stamps to something that you after that take place to sell.

The need is that you acquired the item in a legitimate method the top place. This is the "First Sale" in the name of this regulation. Afterwards initial sale, Disney has no say in how you make use of, market, or customize their item.
