Dropshipping is a business model that lets you sell products by using a supplier.
So i use apps to get product, lets say im using DSers. could i get sued for resaling those products?

Currently it is to sell a couple different types of things to see what sticks. like for example, i have a gaming section, and a clothing section, and add more on to that to see what does well

Any dropshipping app should allow you to resale their products, just make sure that you have a trusted supplier. Also, make sure that the platform that you are selling it on allows dropshipping.
