Can I set different prices for B2B and B2C clients for the same SKU?

Hi all, here is the situation, I have a SKU (i.e. MP-15), that sells for 18.90€ vat included to my B2C clients. Then I want the same SKU to be sold at 9.90€ vat excluded to my B2B clients (only if they buy 20pcs). Is that possible?
