Can I set up anonymous redemption vouchers in a print on demand service?

Hello, 

I would like to set up a shop selling a physical item from a print on demand service but allow buyers to send a code to someone else so they can redeem it. It needs to be anonymous so that the buyer cannot get any personal details of the person they give it to. I also want it to be a code that can be sent in a message and not via email. Is this something that can be set up?
