Can't access Shopify Payments after deactivating to change region?

I deactivated my Shopify Payments to change my region and now I can no longer access it and it does not show up on my payments section. Anyone else have this problem?

If you change your region to an area where Shopify Payments is not supported, then that would be why the option does not appear. You can also only use Shopify Payments for your supported region. Meaning that even if you change your region to another supported region, you will not be granted access to using Shopify Payments for the new region unless provided special permission.

I guess Shopify payments are not available in your new region.
