Can you find US suppliers for book dropshipping?

Hi there,

I am working on a multi-product online shop for a specific nieche. As another category I was thinking to add also books to the portfolio, which can be in educational direction or story books or can be given as an add-on to orders later.

So I was wondering are their suppliers in US for dropshipping of books? Or is there nothing due to stores as amazon or may a small margins?

On the other hand e-books could be an alternative but I have no idea yet whether its even allowed to sell e-books so easily, in case they are not written by me.
