changing store currency after a sale

heyy shopify i wanted to test my store my ordering a product as if everything was good or not but i forgot to change the currency as i thought that it could be changed later on but now i am not able to change the currency which is a serious problem for me. i kindly request for your concern about this problem and hope that u will help me as soon as possible!

Hi @pawanpwn_,

 

The option to change your store's currency is locked once you have processed your first sale as changing your store's currency after this point can have negative consequences for your store. If you change the currency then please be aware that your prices will not change in accordance with any exchange rate; you'll need to manually go through your products and adjust the prices accordingly. 

 

If you would like to have this option unlocked, please contact our support team directly so we can authenticate you on your account and help you make this change.
