Hi, i have a question. So i closed my store but shopify still charged me the 36$. Can i do anything with this??

You can contact Shopify Support directly through the Shopify Help Center. Just log in to your Shopify account, click on the ? icon in the bottom right corner, and select Contact support to start a conversation with Shopify's support team. They'll be able to assist you with any issues or questions
