Connecting Shopify to tik tok

Hello when I try to connect my Shopify store  to my tik tok seller account i keep getting sent to a loading screen that never stops loading are there any resolution to this?

Try clearing your cookies or using a different browser. You can also try enabling a VPN. If nothing helps, try again in a few hours. If you still can't connect Shopify with TikTok, contact Shopify support.

Just to let you know that I don't work for Shopify!
but the same thing happened to me, does it work when you refresh your page go back to tiktok and enter your link again in the google search bar when you are on your tiktok profile On my side no loading

You have to go on the Shopify app and go to settings and from their go to the admin Paige click the tik tok app and from their you’ll be able to load into the page
