Could my customer have received their unfilled order?

I have an order that has been unfilled by a dropshipper . The same day I received the order I requested it to be filled: in my store it still looks like is pending shipping? Order On or around Dec 3rd . Could my customer received it ? Thank you

I would contact your supplier / dropshipping partner. Only they will know the answer.
