Creating an app using APIs

Hello, 

We drop ship some of our products through another company that in that past has been connected through an app that we create. We create this app via Apps and Sales channels > Develop Apps > Create App. After selecting the configuration you wanted you have an Admin API access token which we pass on to the exterior store so they may complete the syncing process on their end and all orders for our products through their website should smoothly filter through to our orders page. A week ago their orders stopped syncing so I uninstalled the original app and made a new one which is sitting at installed and according to a shopify support advisor this should be set to active for the syncing process to kick in, but now I or he is aware on how to get this new app to become active. Any help would be seriously appreciated.
