Customer Clothing Manufacturer with dropshipping

I am the creator and director of the Vampire Run, a charity 5k that is run in October and raises money for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.  I'd like to create and manufacture Vampire/Halloween inspired clothing to sell to the runners and Vampire enthusiasts.  I have no idea where to start.  First step is finding a clothing manufacturer to get the items made, but I don't want to have to keep inventory and ship the items.
