Driving Sales

Good afternoon,

I have a Shopify POD store for about 2 months now. I have put in a lot of work to get this store up and running with no luck. I have had nearly 500 sessions with 0 sales, I tried using Facebook to market and drive sales with Facebook ads and discount codes with still no luck. I was using Google free listings but all my products were recently disapproved. Any feedback and suggestions on how to increase sales and traffic would be greatly appreciated. My store site is https://fashionfusiondecordelight.com/

Thank you,

FFDD23

Hi FFDD23,

This is Amee from Gojiberry - Shopify Survey & Feedback App

Your store does have a nice vibe and looks nice and clean! I took a look at your store and have a few suggestions that will help increase conversion rate:

1. Testimonials. Showcasing a few testimonials on your home page -- whether from online customers or family/friends, helps promote more consumer trust and confidence.
2. Adding shipping information. Something that might help drive more sales is to offer free shipping after a certain amount of purchase.
3. Try out also Google ads and Instagram posting. If you haven't do so yet, also try other channels to help drive traffic to your page. If you have an Instagram presence, also good to link your feed to the store.
4.  Adding a blog. Think about who your target buyer is, and what kind of persona they have. Then cater blog content to help attract them to your site.
5. Adding some model pics to some of the t-shirts. I used to have a print-on-demand T-shirt business before, and I understand that photoshopping the print and then printing the design after sales saves a lot more costs. Currently, the product looks a bit too photoshopped... I think it would be good to also add the design to the model wearing the T-shirt. I think you have done something similar with the hoodies.
6. Ask your customers! (Most effective for increasing conversion) When you have some converting customers, ask them how they found out about your shop. You can easily do so with a post-purchase survey app, and reward your customers with coupons/points to keep them coming back again. Once you find out your strongest marketing channel, focus more effort and money on that.

Hope this helps!
