Drop Ship Merchandise - Shirts, Hats, Hoodies, etc

I need to know everything about how this works.... 

Does Shopify force you to use only brands that they carry?  Or can you request different shirt/hat brands?  Where do you find a list of options? 

How much to the designs cost to make?  What is the landed cost for drop shipping on any items?

What kind of printing options are available?  Screen vs Digital vs ????  

I really don't know how ANY of this works.  I am looking to have an online store linked from our website.  Here you can select:  Style/Size and then have it shipped directly to your house or to the restaurant (discount on food order  for picking up in person).
