Drop shipping on TIKY

hello,

 can anyone advise me on this please so I recently synced my shopify store with TikTok. And I usually dropship I recently got an order from TikTok but for some reason I am unable to fulfil the order. I use DSERS to fulfil all my orders and these product will be shipped from China to the UK. i am unable to fulfil the order from TikTok on shopify because the order came with part of the customers address in asterisk so i am unable to even contact the customer to send it directly. And on TikTok seller central the orders are not  showing up on the order page. It keeps saying no warehouse picked but the thing is it will be shipped from China to the UK even though  I have selected DSERS as my third party ( warehouse ) to fulfil these orders  i am still unable to fulfil the orders on TikTok seller central cause the order page is blank and keeps popping up as no warehouse chosen.

 i tried fulfilling it on DSERS  but it keeps saying to go to TikTok to place the orders and on TikTok although i can see the orders when i click on them to order, the order page is just blank. 

Does any one have an idea on how to resolve this?
